An Agile Team is a cross-functional group of 7 to 9 people who have the responsibility to define, build, test, and where applicable deploy, some element of your Solution Value, all in a short Iterated timebox. Specifically, your newly formed Scrum Team will incorporate the Development Team, Scrum Master, and Product Owner roles.
