Achieved agile training and practices of team members, including additional training on agile tools which enabled the option of remote working.

Product and Project Development

Provided specialized training and best practices to the Project Managers & Stakeholders, which led to the optimization of the product development cycles.

In this model, Cognity provided the vision for the product from program to team level and implemented via Program Increment’s (PI) each being 12 weeks long planning iterations.

SAFe Agile

Provided specialized training in best practices to the Scrum Masters and together we created agile Communities of Practice (CoP).
