Product Development
Provided specialized training and best practices to the Product Managers & Product Owners. The training led to the optimization of the product development cycles.
In this model, PeopleCert provided the vision for the product from program to team level and implemented via small Program Increment’s (PI) each being 6 - 8 weeks long and followed by weekly Innovation and Planning (IP) iterations.
Scrum & Kanban
Provided specialized training in best practices to the Scrum Masters and together we created agile Communities of Practice (CoP).
