Matt is a BI & Analytics Data Coach in consulting, education and the banking. He has implemented reporting, analytics and data warehousing solutions for leading UK and Greek banks, a Global 500 FMCG company and a global exams provider.

He has led teams within the BI & Analytics space, establishing agile and lean ways of working, to increase clarity and throughput, lead to innovative solutions and ensure correct prioritization.

He is certified in Prince2 Agile and Lean Six Sigma, and has a BA in Economics and a PhD in Operational Research.
